The wonders of the universe have nothing to compare,
To true love of the heart and soul with someone you can share.

The mind can seem so clouded by all the sights and sounds,
But to the heart, the world seem calm, your beauty can astound.

Each minute of each day that drifts from morning until night,
Is filled with all that love can bring, my heart and soul take flight.

Why is it love can cloud the mind and make the heart go soft?
Why is it that confusion reigns, when bathed in love you're lost?

Why is it that in all we do, in love the world seems bright?
Why is it, when you're lost in love, your mind and soul take flight?

Why is it when I hold you close, the world outside seems lost?
Why does it seem I've lost my way, in love but at what cost?

Since first we kissed, in sweet embrace, you're always in my mind.
I see your face and eyes that shine, so gentle and so kind.

You are My love, the one that holds the key to all my heart.
You are the one who holds the key, so never shall we part.

For even if the love we share exists in mind alone,
We'll always share that special love,
sweet memories that we've known.
