FLIRTING
Here is some advice for all of you that want to be better at
flirting with the opposite sex.
Confidence
We all need confidence to get that higher paying job or to get the man/woman
we want. Confidence is the key to flirting successfully. Start off slowly. You
have to let people know that you are approachable.
Talk
Go out of your way to talk to the person sitting next to you at the bus stop, on
the bus, in the lift or even in line at your local super market. Just be
friendly, smile, and never shy away from eye contact.
Smile
Every day make a point of smiling whether it is to someone you like or not. It
will not only make you feel happier but also make those around you feel happier.
Happiness attracts, and people will want to get to know you.
Go It Alone
When was the last time you went somewhere on your own? Not to work or the shops
but out to a bar, a party or a movie? The more you go out alone the more
confident you will become. Start of by going somewhere that is of interest to
you, like an art gallery, the theatre, a game. Opportunities are always around
you but you must be prepared to take advantage of what may come. Start by trying
to meet people with similar interests, so that you will have some knowledge to
talk more comfortably to whomever you meet. Always dress nice. The better you
feel about yourself, the more comfortable you will be. This also allows you to
practice talking to strangers and smiling.
Be Honest
Nothing turns someone off more that a phony or liar. Be honest about yourself
and what you believe. Deception is hard to maintain. Sooner or later you will
forget what lie you told and some people have very long memories. Besides you
are looking for someone who will be compatible with you.
